Stable32 can calculate all of the statistics normally used for the analysis of time-domain frequency stability. Here we have chosen the fully-overlapping Allan deviation, the most commonly-used measure. The Run function performs this calculation for octave, decade or all tau values, automatically or manually determining the noise type, applying bias corrections, and determining confidence intervals. Linear frequency drift may be removed during the analysis, or, as in this case, it can be removed beforehand. This dialog box also offers choices for printing the results, copying them to the clipboard, or plotting them with a variety of options, line fits and annotations.
